1) Scope & Updates
This Policy applies to data processed through our websites, apps, voice/telephony systems, and integrations. We may update it; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
2) Personal Information We Collect
A) You Provide
- Account & Billing: name, business info, email, phone, password, billing address, plan.
- Payments via Stripe (we don’t store full card numbers).
- Support & Communications; content you upload (prompts, knowledge base, calendars).
- Marketing forms & demos.
B) Automatically
- Website/App usage (cookies, IP, device/browser, pages viewed). Minimal analytics via Google Analytics.
- Product telemetry and diagnostics.
C) For Customers (Processor)
- Call metadata, recordings, transcripts (if enabled); lead and appointment data.
- Calendar availability and event details.
- CRM data from connected platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel/LeadConnector).
Role: We’re a processor for customer caller/lead data, and a controller for our own site/account/billing data.
3) How We Use Personal Information
- Provide and improve Services; send confirmations and operational notices; process payments; support customers.
- Security/fraud prevention; enforce terms; comply with law.
- De-identified/aggregated analytics for product improvement.
4) How We Disclose Personal Information
- Service providers: GCP, LeadConnector, Stripe, Google Workspace, Google Analytics.
- Business customers (when we’re a processor); affiliates; legal/safety; transactions; at your direction.
No selling or sharing: We do not sell data and do not share for cross-context behavioral ads.
5) Your Privacy Choices & Rights
- Email opt-out via unsubscribe; essential service emails continue.
- Cookie controls in your browser; minimal analytics only.
- State rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-outs. Use our preference page or contact us.
6) Security
We employ appropriate safeguards; no method is 100% secure. We’ll provide legally required notices of breaches.
7) International Transfers
We process data in the U.S. and other countries with appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.
8) Retention
We retain data as needed to provide Services and comply with law. Default for call recordings/transcripts is 365 days (configurable).
9–11) State Notices (CA, NV, UT)
California: no sale; no sharing for cross-context behavioral ads; under-16 not sold/shared. Rights include access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-outs. Nevada/Utah rights honored as applicable.
12) Children
Not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.
13) Third-Party Websites & Integrations
Third-party sites/services follow their own privacy policies.
